Great website with plenty of choice, offers and extras, but best of all it is specific to those looking for pet friendly so you are not wasting time trawling the internet, and your pet goes free.
Angela was not only very helpful she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the hotel.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pet friendly accommodation.

We were going to book a hotel for a one night stay with our puppy using the PetPyjamas website. We found a hotel for 150 pounds per night guide price, but when we received the call from Petpyjamas they informed us that the cost would be 225 pounds per night. We feel the price we saw on the website compared to the actual price they quoted us over the phone was very misleading and this completely wasted our time and we ended up not booking.

I received a pets pyjamas voucher as a gift and was excited to use it and book a night away with my partner and our dog. After a bit of faff on their website, managed to book a stay, long story short the room was not dog friendly at all. The hotel was apologetic, I complained to the hotel and pets pyjamas and the voucher was reinstated.

Take two…trying to book a one night away. Managed to find a hotel in the New Forest, however unable to go through to booking and had to wait for someone to call me back. I missed the call, tried to call back, spoke to a nice gentleman who said the hotel I tried to book was a 2 night minimum stay…why does this come up as an option to book when I had selected the exact dates (1 night!). For all I know I could have been sat browsing hotels for 45 minutes that I’d never have been able to book for a one night stay. Did not receive a call back as promised but proceeded to email back and forth to check availability over the next few days. When most people book online they want it to be a quick, simple process, pets pyjamas website is the complete opposite. I proceeded to receive an email saying they couldn’t find me a stay and closed my query. I received another email 20 minutes later saying they had found me a place to stay. Whole experience is clunky and so much time wasted, I have finally managed to book it but after this I will not be using again. Would advise booking direct and not via pets pyjamas.

We've recently lost one of our pups so were looking to take our other little guy away for a break with us.

Within 30 minutes of enquiring Angela had contacted me via Phone (I was unavailable), email & txt message. Excellent service and fantastic prices.

PetsPyjamas is easy to use, discounts are amazing , all our queries answered and the property we stayed at The Feathers in Ledbury was outstanding for our short break with our puppy. Would recommend to all with pets. Ledbury was also an amazing place to visit. Most public houses and restaurants accept pets. I’d also recommend a visit to Ledbury pets.co a pet shop that is pet friendly has all you need plus more. The staff were so polite and friendly. This has definitely been our best short break by far.

I loved the idea of this company but was very dissapointed by my experience when booking. Confusing website and process, misleadling prices and supposed 'offers' on wrong properties, and they took my money before I wanted to confirm! PLUS, I didnt get the opportunity to talk to them the next day about my queries as promised, before confirming and payment. Not AT ALL happy about that. I hope my weekend way is nothing to complain about. You need to rethink your marketing and booking process guys.

Excellent help form Angela from start of booking to the end. We are hoping the B&B is as good as it looks .

I was only browsing for a dog friendly long weekend stay for our Wedding Anniversary. Came across PetsPyjamas. Made an enquiry and received a voicemail then email from Jodie. Very polite and helpful. Jodie found a great deal so I put down a deposit. We are really looking forward to our mini break and will definitely look to book through PetsPyjamas again, with Jodie. Thank you

This is my 3rd booking I have made with Pets Pjs and every time the service has been brilliant. Especially Angela White! She is friendly and informative and nothing is ever too much trouble! I will be booking again soon.

We were so well looked after by Jodie, who helped us through the whole thing of booking the getaway for my partner’s 60th birthday. Great service and we are very grateful for all the help.

This is the third booking I have made with PetsPyjamas and they have all been without a hitch. Recently booked to go away for a couple of nights next week all organised by Angela who was friendly and efficient.

We have used PetsPyjamas quite a few times now when booking to go away with our dog. Jodie especially has been so helpful in helping us book. We had a problem with a code this morning but thanks to Jodie we got the hotel we wanted & she rectified our problem instantly.

Very experienced staff, Tiffani was very helpful and friendly. Would certainly book again with Pets Pyjamas, they have some good deals and great to know that dogs are welcome and catered for.

I've used Pets Pyjamas a few times now so this isn't based on one experience and I have to say it is a 5/5 star service. I know when I book with them I am going to a dog friendly hotel that wants guests with dogs - big difference. Jodie has dealt with my last few bookings and she has been great - I like that when I contact her she gets back straightaway. A few of my trips are spur of the moment and others planned but she is always helpful and efficient and I appreciate that. So far there has never been a mishap!

Booked with this company for a great hotel costing a lot of money .All confirmed so we booked our ferry tickets to Ireland .
The next day we received a message saying the hotel ( £500 per night x 2 nights ) was not available.
We had booked ferries etc..this company were not interested and offered no assistance to help us find alternative accommodation .They did not give a ….! Stay clear !
